Dr Akhil Chandra attended the University of Western Australia, earning a Bachelor of Dental Science with honors in 2009.

Prior to acquiring Bayview Dental in 2015, Akhil practiced as a general dentist in the northern suburbs for 6 years. During this time, he dabbled in all areas of professional dental care and greatly honed his dental capabilities.

He has a keen interest in Advanced Dental procedures, including cosmetic dentistry, general dentistry, porcelain veneers, Invisalign, wisdom teeth removal, and dental implants.

Akhil endeavours to make each visit a relaxing and pleasant experience for his clientele. He genuinely cares for his patients and enjoys addressing the many concerns regarding their treatment. Feel free to read his reviews on Google, they are impressive!

Besides work, Dr Chandra is an avid tennis player who is part of the Dalkeith Tennis Club, supports the West Coast Eagles, enjoys travelling, enjoys professional and personal development.

Dr Parsa Partovi completed a Biomedical Engineering degree prior to receiving his Bachelor of Dental Science at the University of Western Australia in 2011.

He further earned a Masters of Clinical Dentistry (Implant Dentistry) alongside a Graduate Diploma in Dental Sleep Medicine.

Dr Partovi is a skilled Claremont dentist with strong footing in a number of prominent dental facets particularly implant dentistry and management of Sleep Disordered Breathing including sleep apnoea and snoring.

Parsa is committed to surpassing the benchmark for professional development by constantly undergoing intensive postgraduate training in order to provide his patients with latest treatments and techniques.

Parsa is considered as a very gentle dentist and most people report they feel almost no discomfort with all of his procedures.

Besides work, he enjoys soccer, travel and is an avid photographer.

Abdul graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy from Curtin University in 2018. He joined the Bayview Dental team in February 2020 after practising in Esperance for one year.

Abdul is particularly interested in the management and prevention of dental decay in children. He has a passion for patient education and aims to empower patients to maintain a healthy smile. He is also very well trained in non-invasive teeth whitening treatments.

Outside of work, Abdul enjoys playing and coaching soccer, sampling different foods and catching up on TV shows. He is fluent in English and Creole.

Hanie graduated with a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting from the Oral Health Centre of WA in 2018. She has joined the Team of Bayview Dental in 2019 and works as a dental assistant.

Hanie enjoys working as a dental nurse because she loves helping patients. She finds it very rewarding to see patients leave with new confidence after their dental treatment.

Hanie has a very positive and jolly nature and aims to bring a smile on every patient’s face. She is committed to the profession and being a member of our team. She loves dancing, hence she attends Bachata classes weekly, and she plays the piano.

Vera is our Practice Manager at Bayview Dental. She has graduated with a Cert IV in Dental Assisting from Oral Health Centre of WA in 2012. She has over 8 years of experience in the dental industry and joined our Bayview Dental team in 2016, as our Practice Manager. She feels very privileged to be a part of such a supportive, positive-minded and energetic team. She enjoys many aspects of her job but is most passionate about educating patients on their dental health and seeing how rewarding it is to help people get the smile they have always wanted.

Vera’s interests outside of work are travelling the world and experiencing a variety of different cuisines. She also enjoys sewing, painting and cooking European foods. Vera is fluent in English, Latvian and Russian.

Martina is our hygiene coordinator. Martina is originally from Spain and she has been working in the dental industry for over 10 years.  

She adores working in her profession and her Favorite part of her job is interacting with patients and making them feel comfortable during their experience at the dentist. You will be guaranteed to have a few laughs throughout your appointment with Martina.

Martina is passionate about nature, the beach and has a special interest in diving. Martina’s other interests is cooking a typical Spanish dishes and that everyone enjoys. Martina is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Rebecca is our front office and clinical coordination. She holds a certificate III in Dental Assisting and have joined the Bayview Dental team in 2021. She is now working in a dual role as a front office and clinical coordinator. 

She enjoy working in this field because it is very rewarding to see patient walking out of the clinic feeling better about themselves. Knowing that she has played a small part in patients experience makes her proud of what she does.

Out of the clinic Rebecca is a mum to an amazing daughter who loves to keep on her on toes every day. There is never a boring day with her. Rebecca loves dancing, singing and hanging out with family and friends. Rebecca’s other interests are to read a nice fictional book to escape from reality. Rebecca is fluent in English and French.
